Eco-Cast is a revolutionary product which offers the same strength as  traditional cast materials, but with a much reduced carbon footprint. Our bespoke blend of binders incorporates low carbon cement alternatives which result in a saving of 115Kg Carbon dioxide equivalent per m3 of product – a reduction of 40% against standard wet cast.

Our aggregate is a high performing blend of materials and includes secondary aggregates reclaimed from the clay quarrying industry that otherwise would have gone to waste.

Eco-Cast can be used to create solid architectural units such as cornices, copings, corbels and balustrades. Reinforcement can be incorporated for structural elements.

We can produce all the usual colours including Portland, Bath, York and Grey.
